My Action Learning Path way
At first I decided to do my diploma in Spanish, as it's more easy to me being my mother language and because I wanted to help the permaculture community in my own country. I think in Spain Permaculture is still a very new concept with very little documentation for those who are only Castilian speakers.
But my permaculture path was made with English speakers around the globe, my teachers were English, Australian, ... and my small network that has been built up over time is almost all from out of Spain.
So I have translated into English the three projects that I have made, and although is a challenge that pushes my boundaries towards an unknown terrain, this is the language that I will use until the end.
I had many doubts about whether I wanted to have a tutor or do it by the independent way, but finally I have ventured to try to do it on my own by observing and analyzing the portfolios of others. This has made me work harder and more intensely, because I had to reform the structure several times as I learned more about how to develop it in a logical way.
The fact of not having class support or a tutor makes me look into the depths of other online portfolios, and I have struggled to find clear examples to facilitate me in developing my own style. So one of the intentions of this portfolio is not to be the coolest tech, but to help me and may be other people to create their own projects, trying to give clear guidelines and practices that can serve anyone who is interested in following in the path of permaculture.
I have tried to make this work to be pleasant and easy to understand, I hope it does not become boring and is within reach of all kinds of minds.

Principles
Observe and interact
One of the observations y have more clear is that I'm travelling and I never know where I'm going to be in the next 3 months. That's why I have to be in a constant regeneration of ideas adapting to the new circumstances.
So for me to make plans for the next 2 years is some think a little beat idealistic. I can make a plan A but I now that most probably is that I'll not interact with all of them, in exchange will be others that will appear after on the way.
Catch and store energy
I prefer to do seasonal jobs where I work a period of time and I can save some money, so after I can be free to do other thinks that are not necessary to do for money in exchange. Because I have job in different countries depending where I am will totally affect some projects that will have to be located around this.
Also after I'll finish each project I want to have two weeks off diploma to celebrate and relax to recharge my batteries.
Obtain a yield
As the diploma will take a little while to be finished, I need to think how I'll pay my expenses and have time to dedicate to do my projects. I want to use some projects as a courses to make some money and economically sustain as much as I can my pathway.
From patterns to details
First I'll start to think in the projects I want to do, and set some of them by depending on some patterns as the season of the year, xmas and other holidays and my work patterns that will determinate where I will be.
After I can see each one more in detail to think in the best way to me to flow between them using a logical order of implementation.
Use and value diversity
I want to do a variety of projects to introduce myself and nrick my knowledge in many aspects of permaculture. I dont think to use the path way to learn some think very specific, for me is more to used to try a little beat of many different thinks.
Creativelly use and respont to change
This I think that will be in my case the principle that I'll be using the most for my path way.
As my life change in the next future years I will have to regenerate ideas and projects, this way I'll be more motivated in the new changes and don't get stock and demotivated in doing old plans that do not have sense to do it any more in my actual life situation.

Resources
To begin looking my resources I'll start with my skills, so this way I can estimate better my learning expectations when planning to do a future project, and also I can be more conscience of which ones I would like to improve by working in my diploma.
I also have other resources as:
Actually I live and work at the Panya project where for a while I'll have my expenses covered, and a place to practice and develop my action learning pathway. I only work "in the mornings" so this let me to be able to choose if I want to dedicate time in the afternoon to do my personal things.

Relative Location
Relationships between projects
Above is a list of the projects I'm thinking to do, and I look if are any connections between them, thinking in find the best order to implement them.
I have located the projects around the circle in the order that I think that they will be implemented, by thinking in some patterns and locations.
At Panya will be a big project that I want to participate by rebuilding the main structure (the Sala), this will be in November 2012 and it will take easy three months to be completed.
So my intention is to be in Thailand until is finished in February 2013, this is a long time where I'll have to run some visas, a great opportunity to know other projects around Asia in the mid time.
I'm thinking to dedicate the project 6 to use permaculture to improve my trips and reduce as much as I can my food print along the way.
After my time in Panya is finished I want to go to Spain and start to grow my life and network. When I go to Spain I always pass trough Barcelona my home town, where I'll love to do a urban project, and from there start to explore Europe.
My intention is to run courses and workshops around Europe to pay my expenses, and gain experience and knowledge to become a teacher in my last project.
At the draw above I can see that my kids and Finances projects are related with projects at the end of my path way, so maybe I will develop until the diploma ends.
I can use the kids project in an urban project and combine both, also I can do urban projects or run courses wile I travel trough Asia or Europe.
I will like to use all the projects to better becoming a teacher, and that's why is the project that have more connections.
