Evaluation
Goals Evaluation
Let's take a look of which of the goals that I had for this project has been accomplished.
I have definitely learned a lot from the teaching experience, and I feel I have gained much more confidence as a teacher than before.
The students feedback has been very positive, and they have expressed them gratitude about getting more knowledge than they thought to get, (Bellow you can read the students feedback).
We have well done all the restoration and building jobs at Panya with very good results. trough the experience of plastering, painting, etc..., and I have learned lot´s by pushing my margins in transmit the thinks I know.
It was creative, fun and I can feel proud of the job done, I think that can be a good example for other when they want to design them courses.

Reflections
Personal Reflections
Today I ended the last financial payments after the course, and has been as a close chapter which after 2 months of hard work, now I can consider myself very proud.
Has been a great motivation, I think it has been very positive to had trust myself, sometimes pushing my edges to the fullest but always getting positive and effective results.
In general I find that the experience has been entirely positive and I´m thinking when making the next.
Thank´s very much for the support by the members of my community, who had been at my side at all moments transmitting a very positive atmosphere.
Project Reflections
After completing the course I have seen the result that I expected.
I feel that everything went very well from the beginning, the ratings of both the members of my community as the participants have been positive, I think we all had a very positive experience and for some of us changed our lives in a positive sense, and above all has been educational and fun.
Taking the decision to do the course with another teacher as support, definitely has enrich a lot the quality that I could offered to the participants, it has allowed to me to have less responsibility pressure overall for directing all activities by myself, and I had enjoyed being able to do it in a more relaxed and positive atmosphere.
I chose to use again the acronym GOADIMET inspired by other Richard Perkins students portfolio. I have found it simple to work with it but sometimes is difficult to know where exactly to put the boundaries and resources. Maybe next time I do a garden design I'll use another process as OBREDIMET.
Because this is a more mental than physical design and my low experience as a designer, it has been difficult for me to see which design tools were most appropriate and how the ones I know (which are more for physical designs) can be adapted to put in order and schedule my ideas.
It´s been corious to use sector analysis in this project and analyse how the energy flows trhough the project.
Inputs and outputs, zoning and chequing on what can I do with my skills, has been the most usefull tools I have used.
Professional Reflections
After the course I see that I have greatly expanded my knowledge and improved my skill by teaching the topics that I needed and wanted. The students had more quality and quantity than they had expected, they have felt very inspired to continue on the permaculture path, and I improved, restored and created installations for the Panya project.
I also won experience on how to show more clearly the approach that I wish, the expectations that I offer and the economic valuation.
Work again with Matt helped me not only to take me work hours off, but also to learn and grow in a many ways, I acquired knowledge that make me feel much more prepared and confident to do this type of courses in the future.
Time Reflections
Everything has gone as planned in the schedule.
I spent a month and a half to plan and design the course, this also includes the hours of:
The duration of course has been fourteen days, and have spent about two weeks performing the diploma web pages including the Evaluation and Tweaks.

2h Goals
3h Observations
6h Analysis
7,3oh Design
26h implement & Maintenance
8h Evaluation & Tweaks

- Prepare theory classes
- Volunteer teachers organize and track them
- Marketing and add distribution
- Creating an event page for payment of the course deposits

Tweaks
- To improve my courses I should work with other profesionals and exchange knowledge and teaching skills with them.
- Nex time I will have a better finances documentation file, with numbers reflecting the economic inputs and outputs, so I´ll have a more detailed and acurated economic evaluation to use as a reference for next courses.
- To be a better teacher I will atend to a teacher training course.
