The Skill flex has been amazing to help me to define my main goals, I could see much clear where my boundaries are, and with which resources can I play inside my limitations.
I can clearly see how all my Goals have been meet. Below I expose again my Goals for this Pathway.

Reflections
Project Reflections
This project realisation has been a big challenge for my, as I'am Spanish at first in 2011 I have started to do the diploma using the Nodo Espiral academy criteria, to collaborate in growing PC documentation in my own language, and help to grow the permaculture community in my own country. But analysing at my resources and boundaries, I saw that my whole network was English-speaking, and because this to do my portfolio in English language would lead to be much convenient (see the analysis page).
With no class support or tutor I have had many doubts on how to perform the diploma and meet all the criteria, and I have carefully observed the work of other permaculturists to inspire me and gain confidence in creating mine. This not always has work to me and look at the works of others has brought me confusion.
Gradually by my own in an autodidact learning way I have gained more knowledge on how to make my projects, and I acquired more methods and tools to put into practice (see my final summary). That's why my first projects has been made more simply and they get more complex towards the end.
Because I was doing the independent way I have had many doubts about how the project process had to be, until I had contact a tutor once presented my full portfolio. When I realised that I had to change the all structure I thought in starting a new one, but I accepted the challenge and I worked to finally give sense to this project.
Personally I think that if I had a tutor from the beginning I have had to do much less work, and the project could have sense from the start of my diploma.
At the end I decided to use SADIMET to put in place all these ideas that was dancing inside my project. I think that this process it has suited better than the ones used before.
Personal Reflections
Since my first project this diploma has made a big impact in my life and the approach in how I want to live.
Especially writing my life review has led me to dive into the depths of my memories, I have refreshed many experiences that had been almost forgotten, but they are definitely in my subconscious marking the person I am today day.
After navigating this river of my life, have strengthened the understanding of my passion for permaculture.
Two years is a long time, and I knowed that my life was going to change along the way. To make my action learning path way had some of my most difficult decisions, as I am a person who is constantly moving between various continents, I had many conflicts in how to make a long-term design, and I finally I had to accept that I had to improvise along the way.
One of my principles is to be regenerative, so trying to reach my main goals I have adapted new projects to meet my new needs in every new circumstance.
As you can see at my Design, Implementation, Maintenance & Tweaks page I had to change and adapt different projects in order to help to solve my new challenges in life.
I am quite satisfied in how the realization of my diploma pathway has been flowed, even with the challenges that I had have been faced in some periods of time (see below in time review), I always had some way I have managed to respond creatively to change.
Projects 6 & 7 has been the most challenged to make, because my lack of time and poor living conditions.
And at times I felt discouraged to finishing them. Although I am more satisfied of my long projects, the short ones as 3, 5, 8 & 9, has given to me a lot of energy to keep going, seeing in those the progress and completion have been met into a defined time with immediate yield.
Overall I really enjoyed the process of realization of this pathway and has given me a lot to do my personal life projects.

Professional Reflections
Just after my project 1 I felt much more confidence with myself, with reviewing the growth of my own learning path, has gave to me strength to visualize a day where I can offer to my clients a good and professional product.
My goals related to be more professional was:
Now I feel a big change from the start of my diploma and I have much more confidence to start doing projects or consultancy for others.
After my project 5 I know how to work better with government schools and teachers, and has influenced in my current business Organic Playgrounds. Developing a questionnaire has given to me a different approach on how to relate with my current clients.
Project 3 has been very useful to know better how to approach and organize my courses.
And also with my project 9 I had the opportunity to design a product for my business.

Time Reflections
The time I could devote to implement my diploma pathway have been very different at some times and has been depending always on the situation.
At the beginning of my diploma in 2011 I lived in Panya Project which had a stability and available free time and I could made my projects 1, 2, 3 and I started 4 & 10 . At this time I was making a project in two and a half months, but when I have left Thailand in 2012 I was travelling and was much more challenging to find internet, personal space and time to concentrate on work, so I had long time to finish the projects in the schedule time.
Also living in Can Silo at 2013-2014 the documentation work was difficult because the lack of electricity and internet, which I had to juggle to write down all the accumulated information in my projects 5, 6 & 7.
At the end of this diploma at 2015 I have been living in the UK, where I had a bit more stability and I could finish this diploma with my projects 8th & 9th. With the motivation to finish my diploma those last two projects has been made quite quickly.
Especially I wanted to devote more time to my projects 4, 6, 7 & 10, as it has been of big importance to me and it needed a longer time-consuming process. As project 10 is always ongoing, and I dedicate two years approx to projects 6 & 7.

Ethics Reflections
I made this reflections at the end of my path pathway after finish my 10 projects to see were I have been using more the permaculture ethics, and see if I can recognise things that I can improve in future path way plannings.
Earth care
When I started to make my pathway was in a time of constant movement between three continents, in one I had job, I was living in another and the other was my homeland where I had my family and friends.
It was a life system with different poly incomes that at that time was working for me, but then I had not a deep thought of spending so many unnecessary resources by so much moving.
Earth care partly motivated me to search for a base camp in which to live and to work more locally, and also influenced the idea to do the projects 6 and 7.
The projects that have been more related to this ethics have been the 2, 5, 6, 7 y 9.

People care
There are two very important people on my life that made me decide to devote to each one a project, this way I have improved our relationships by using permaculture.
Project 4 had changed when I met Ohli (my step son) and I decided to use this to get closer each other, and clear my mind with the smallest in general.
Project 8 was used to improve my partner in life relationship. May be that's the ethic that was more present in all of my projects, but the ones that had been more related are 3, 4, 5, 8, & 10.

Fair share
Since I started thinking about my pathway I always wanted to use one of my projects to improve my finances, and have jobs or business more fair and honest. I finally dedicated this to my project 10 so I could continue to progress forward and covering costs by producing more and better poly incoming yields and improving my business relationships.
At my project 3 ( PIC) I have thought a lot at the students expectations to have an adequate price and don't be mistakes or deceptions.
At my project 9 I have had to find a fare price for a product to sell.
The projects that had been more related with this ethic are 3, 4, 8, 9 & 10.

Teaching at The Panya Project 2012
At the Panya Project community, we had run lots permaculture courses and workshops at different levels, to mostly international volunteers that wanted to live directly permaculture experiences.
In order to help future generations of the community's project, I was in charge of the Panya project digital documentation, where I filed the processes of the work performed and the different methodologies we used to organize us, updating them at the time that it was regenerating.
In my third project I made a permaculture introduction course, to gain experience in how to organize courses and to improve my skills to pass on my knowledge to others.
I also have traveled to work on other projects in Nepal, where I had been exchanging knowledge and experiences.

During my stay in Barcelona I've also realised some permaculture introductory courses and conferences, where I could impart my knowledge in my own country and language. And recently in UK I have participated in the team of permaculture in the Green Gathering 2014 and in the children's space at the International Permaculture Convergence 2015.

Permaculture has become my way of life and is almost impossible to speak otherwise, talking about life with people I meet along the way, we can say that my way is active outreach more directly with the people I meet in day to day, trying to reach as many more are possible.
